Raw milk was my first step. Just last month I drank it for the first time in my life and it was delicious. Now I drink it every day.
It was one of my first steps as well! I just returned from Switzerland where I drank some of the most flavorful and delicious raw milk I’ve ever had!

I am surprised you are including sesame oil with real saturated fat group. It is a highly chemically processed oil to be in a liquid form state ( in any temperature) including cod liver oil. Any fish oil is a PUFA and rancid. Check the processing of those oils and I can guarantee they are not cold pressed by any means. One is a seed, the other fish. Try to make them in an oil without processing.
I agree with most of your research but not this.
