Real food is just simple old fashioned food
Real food is food made the way God created it, animals fed the way God designed them to be fed, and food that nourishes the body to function the way God designed it to function.

My grandmother’s and great grandmother’s recipes.
Real food is the food humans evolved eating, and the food our bodies are designed to eat. It’s food you can pick, pull out of the ground, or kill. (You can buy it, too, of course. You just have to be careful about where it’s coming from and what’s been done to it before it got to you!)

My definition would have been similar to Ramanuj’s, so I’ll add the following: If you can’t pronounce all the ingredients listed, then it most likely isn’t real food.
Real food to me is the way God intended. Healthy animals, organic produce and minimally processed homemade food! Thanks for the giveaway!

Real food is food that God put on the earth!
Real food doesn’t contain molecules that are isolated, refined or genetically modified through science.
I like this one!
Real food doesn’t come in a package, doesn’t have a list of unpronounceable ingredients. Instead, real food was alive at some point and was grown, gathered or raised in the real world. Real food is what our ancestors ate and thrived on. Real food is God’s gift to us and is the fuel we were created to run on.
Grow it, make it, bake it, kiss it, LOVE it – that’s REAL food!
Real Food to me, is food that is found and grown in nature. Food God put on this earth. Plants and trees with fruit and seeds to reproduce, animals eating their natural diet … capable of nourishing our bodies to function in the way God intended.
Real food is food that I don’t need a lab to make! I could grow it!

Fresh food as God intended, full of nutrition and flavor, but free of chemicals/pesticides/GMOs and junk is REAL Food!
I define real food as the food that God gave us originally to fuel us, heal us, help us function at optimal capacity, and enjoy. It’s tragic what has happened to our food and how so many things are called “food” that should not be. Thank you for all you do to get the word out about real food!

Real food is anything that God provided for us to eat in an unadulterated, unprocessed form and eaten in moderation.
Clean unaltered produce, that you can grow, butcher or harvest. :)
real food to me means that for every ingredient I can picture in my head (or see in my hand for that matter!) what the item looks like or came from and have either grown it myself or know the farmer that did!
I’ve been watching the presentation and they are among the best that I’ve seen. Really interesting and useful information! I’ve already cooked inspired recipes every day this week for dinner!!

Real food is as God created it, lovingly prepared in a kitchen, not in a lab or manufacturing facility.
Real food is apples, not apple jacks. It is raw cream, not cool whip. It’s whole eggs, not egg McMuffins. It’s cows who are allowed to graze on the grass and chickens who are allowed to peck around for bugs! It’s Mother Nature, not Monsanto.

Real food is grown and raised the way God made it to be grown and raised. Outdoors, well-tended, humanely treated, in harmony with the cycles of nature. Then real food is prepared in gentle ways long known to man. Finally, real food tastes real-ly good and makes us feel real!
Real food is beautiful butter from the pastured cow down the road. Salmon that once swam freely in the oceans and wild strawberries clustered in the forest. Chicken, cow and pig that where raised in beautiful rolling hills and vegetables grown in mineral rich compost. Real food is Mother Nature obeyed.

Real food is food that has not been tampered with by man – food that has not been altered in a lab, infused with chemicals, genetically changed, etc. Real food is the food that nourishes our body the way food is intended to! It is food that when consumed accurately writes a love song to your body as it nourishes it!
